I had a lovely six-night stay at Canopy By Hilton Cancun La Isla. The staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to ensure my daughter's and my experience was nice. However, there were a few hiccups with room cleanliness and the breakfast costs that could be improved.

However, I did find it a bit inconvenient that the hotel isn't right on the beach and requires a bit of a walk for access. Overall, if you're looking for a comfortable spot near shopping and dining, I would highly recommend this place.
